At AA Van Hire we are pleased to be able to offer medium and long term contract hire on quality 'market leader' new and nearly new vehicles at competitive rates.  We are one of the first local rental companies to have already taken delivery of the new Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen 'Crafter' and the new model Ford Transit for long term contract hirel customers.  If you or your company uses temporary 'hire' vans at peak working periods for a week, a month or a year, or if you just prefer to 'hire as you go', so as not to encounter any surprisingly high maintenance or repair bills and all the other hassles van ownership can bring, or the medium term work contract won't just warrant buying a van at the moment, talk to us about our AA flexi-fleet trade rentals and contract hire.

Flexi-fleet Option 1 - No contract - Nearly new vehicles for up to 18 months rental.

Vehicle ages range from between 1 and 3 years old and can be supplied lettered or unlettered with your company logos depending on the rental period.  No contracts to sign, so vehicles can be returned at short notice, as we know circumstances can change quickly.  All rental costs are offset through your company accounts as a cost, not as a capital asset, so all totally 'off' balance sheet, leaving you to invest your cash flow into other areas of your business.  You also have the complete piece of mind that a local helpful knowledgeable rental company, which cares dearly about all its valued customers, will be there and contactable to give you the support you need should any problems with the vehicles arise.   We pay the road tax, maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle and breakdown, roadside and relay cover is also included.  No more surprises at the local garage or with tumbling resale values, and should there be any surprises at our garage you will be on your way in another vehicle all inclusive.

Flexi-fleet Option 2 - Contract - Delivery mileage brand new vehicles for 18 months+ continuous rental.

At AA Van Hire we can now supply brand new unlettered vehicles for long term contract hire, offering total piece of mind.  Vehicles can be ordered to colour and specification, even lettered and with your company logo if required, not just the usual standard fleet white vans.  Once again all rental costs are offset through your company as a cost, not as a capital asset, so all totally 'off' balance sheet, leaving you to invest your cash flow into other areas of your business.  You also have the complete piece of mind that a local helpful knowledgeable rental company, which cares dearly about all its valued customers, will be there, instantly contactable to give you the support you need should any problems with the vehicles arise, leaving us to deal with any warranty claims with the main agents etc., who are often not very forthcoming.  Road tax, servicing, tyres, all maintenance, roadside and relay, plus ply lining etc. are all taken care of 'in house'.  Two weeks in a year's rental 'grace' is also inclusive to all long term continuous hirers.
